The FCR Thriving Neighbourhoods Foundation was created as part of FCR’s 2020-2024 Environmental, Social, and Governance Roadmap. First Capital REIT helps power the FCR Thriving Neighbourhoods Foundation by providing professional services, employee support, and administrative and operational contributions.

Every year, FCR team members raise funds and awareness for the Foundation through regional events, such as the annual CRE Softball Classic, and more. With FCR’s commitment and support, the FCR Thriving Neighbourhoods Foundation continues to empower organizations working to help make our neighbourhoods even better.
